These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NVCas Midnight City Event developed by Unicorn Consultancy ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the NVCas Midnight City Event mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
NVCas Midnight City Event is a nightlife guide application for Las Vegas that provides venue information, event listings, interactive maps, and itinerary planning tools. The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of NVCas Midnight City Event developed by Unicorn Consultancy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about venues, events, and other listings. However, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content displayed in the App. Venue details, hours of operation, event schedules, and other information may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with venues before visiting.
The App may display content from or link to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NVCas Midnight City Event developed by Unicorn Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NVCas Midnight City Event developed by Unicorn Consultancy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
