This Privacy Policy describes how NVCas Midnight City Event developed by Unicorn Consultancy ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application ("the App") and our website. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we automatically collect the following information:

• Anonymous identifier: A unique anonymous identifier is generated and stored on your device when you first open the App. This identifier does not contain any personal information and is used to provide and improve our services.
• Device language and region: The App detects your device's language and region setting to provide content in your preferred language.
• Google Advertising ID: The App collects your device's advertising identifier for attribution purposes. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google > Ads. Learn more about Google advertising policies.
• Installation and attribution data: We collect information about how you discovered and installed the App, including the installation source (e.g., Google Play Store), the advertising campaign that led to the install (if any), and an attribution identifier. This data helps us understand how users find our App.

The App uses AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. The advertising ID, attribution data, and anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer. The App's built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage, which are standard browser features used by websites loaded within the App.

Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

Local Data Storage

The App stores your preferences, favorites, itineraries, planner data, and settings locally on your device. This includes:

• Your favorite venues, events, and articles
• Itineraries and planner data you create
• Onboarding and app preference settings
• Cached map tiles and images for offline access

This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear all app data at any time through the App's Settings screen or through your device's application settings.

Support and Bug Reports

The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

• Your name and email address
• A description of your question or the issue you encountered
• An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality
• Understand how users discover and install the App through attribution analytics
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize the user experience
• Respond to support requests and resolve reported issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following third-party service providers solely for the purposes described in this policy:

Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. Data transmitted over such connections is not encrypted and could potentially be intercepted.

Data Retention

• The anonymous identifier persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Cookies follow standard browser cookie expiration rules and can be cleared by clearing the App's data.
• Local storage data (preferences, favorites, itineraries) persists until cleared through the App's Settings or your device settings.
• The Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services and can be reset at any time in your device settings.
• Attribution data is managed by AppsFlyer and is tied to the app installation.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS where possible. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Android Settings > Google > Ads)
• Clear all locally stored data through the App's Settings screen or your device's application settings
• Clear cookies and browser data by clearing the App's data in your device settings
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
